30 Minutes away from our place you can find Tower of saint Duje. Its located inside Dioklecijan Palace and it holds its position as one of the best Historical locations in our region.
Saint Mary of "Prizidnice"
It holds its glory as most remote place you could visit thats in 30 minutes away radius.
Castle "Vitturi"
Located in our town you can visit Castle Vitturi. Built in 16th century its a beauty you must visit. There are tons of legends surrounding the place so go and find out about them!
Primošten
Just 25 minutes drive from our villa lays a beautiful town of Primošten. Just as Trogir this beauty is something you must visit!
Old town of Trogir
10 minutes away from our Villa you can find old town of Trogir. Some people call it a lovers town aka "small Paris". Best thing to do is visit it for yourself.

Perfect place to stay
Our stay at this villa was phenomenal. I spent a week here with friends to celebrate my birthday and had the best birthday of my life! Tanja was an incredible host- she did more than we could ask for and constantly went above and beyond to help us and make us feel at home.
The villa is beautiful. It’s spacious, clean and had everything we needed and more. Both the outdoor and indoor kitchen are well equipped and the garden and pool are well maintained.
We were pleasantly surprised with how accessible everything was from the villa. With supermarkets less than a 2 minute walk away and a 10 minute walk to a quiet beach, we did not need to rent a car as we were able to walk or book a cheap bolt to where we wanted to go.
We will definitely be returning to this villa as we felt very safe and at home, as well as the fact that there was still an abundance of things to do and explore in the area. Thank you Tanja for all your help!! xx
Best Airbnb yet!
The best Airbnb experience of my life so far and i do this often so that counts.
The villa is immaculate. It’s clean, slick, comfortable and looks fresh. The pool is a perfect size to lay or swim. The location is good - there is a bakery, food store and beach near by. We had a car so we drove into old town which is a 30 mins drive from the villa.
The kitchen and living space is cosy and fit for purpose. We cooked on a fair few nights and ate breakfast by the pool area every morning. There is a bbq set up which you can use whilst you sit in the sun by the pool.
The loveliest most sweetest hosts, they gave us complimentary fruits and drinks on arrival and were available for any questions any time.
All in all - it is a well built functional modern place that has everything you might want a holiday home to offer. We needed nothing more.
We enjoyed our stay here, would love to go back here any day and would highly recommend it to anyone considering it an option. Thank you Tanya, her husband, mom and their sweet son. Wish you all the best.
Best vacation ever
This was an absolute lovely place from top to bottom. Zoran and Tania were outstanding. They met us upon our arrival and showed us everything. The house is great. It is clean, modern, and has all the amenities you might need. The pool, whirlpool, barbecue, and outdoor kitchen make the property even better. We have two younger kids and having that pool made all the difference. If you are a family looking for a place that will allow you all to relax, this is it. We had a car and went into Split a couple of times (about 20 minutes away) but having that pool to come back to was amazing. You can also easily Uber. The Kastel area also has some beaches and restaurants you can get to easily.
Wonderful villa
A wonderful Villa! A lovely stay!
The hospitality from start to finish was amazing. We were picked up from the airport and welcomed into the villa with a tour and a fridge stocked with drinks for the week we were staying for. Something four young party girls really appreciated! Tanja, Antionio and Zoran were very lovely and welcoming.
The outdoor space is lovely, very private around the entire villa with the high fence and gate to the property, not overlooked by any neighbours. A very nice pool with sun beds to relax in the sun and listen to music. There is outdoor dining space with an outdoor oven.
The location of the Villa is between Split (25 min drive) and Trogir (15 min drive), both places you should definitely explore! Due to its location we relied on Ubers to get us about which is really cheap. If you're looking for a night out, Bacvice Beach is only a 25 minute Uber drive away. Just a 16 minute walk to Beach Resnik which is very quiet, crystal clear water, shallow (suitable for children). The villa is located next to the airport so the sound of aircraft taking off and landing is something to consider, personally it didn't bother us at all.
There are two shops across the road for groceries, also only a 5 minute Uber drive to Lidl.
The bedrooms are spacious with storage areas, equipped with two spacious bathrooms. The living room has a smart tv.
The kitchen had all the basic amenities so cooking is easy for bigger groups of people.
The option to use the washing machine was very handy!
Overall we had an amazing stay in Villa Rozzaria would 100% recommend to future guests such as families or groups of friends. Hope to return soon! Thank you for hosting!
